Eau de toilette is a perfume category; perfume is also a broad word for personal fragrance. To compare purchases, use full product names. The existing examples on this page are original Not a Perfume EDP and Dior Sauvage EDT, not the same scent at two concentrations.
An EDT is not automatically a safer first bottle or more considerate office choice. An EDP is not automatically a formal-event fragrance.

Juliette Has a Gun’s reference describes original Not a Perfume. Dior’s Sauvage EDT reference identifies that specific version. Superdose and Sauvage EDP, Parfum and Elixir are different purchases.
These references describe the scent briefs. We have not measured comparative wear. Preferring Sauvage would not prove EDT superiority; preferring Not a Perfume would not prove EDP superiority.
Make the scent decision first
Investigate the actual compositions that interest you, then try appropriate samples as directed. Assess the opening and later smell, useful duration and actual presence. Manufacturer note descriptions help shortlist but cannot guarantee that a blind purchase will suit you.
If instead you want the same fragrance in EDT and another concentration, locate that exact pair. Different versions may have different compositions as well as different concentrations.
Labels do not assign a weekly schedule

Neither descriptor establishes office suitability, climate comfort, a fixed number of sprays or the need for midday refreshing. Use product directions and setting rules. Both remain fragrance under a fragrance-free policy.
Value belongs to the actual offers
Compare equivalent selected volumes and delivered prices where possible. Neither example has to be your evening bottle or your daytime bottle. Buying one that you enjoy and use can be enough.
