Choose Burberry Goddess for vanilla with lavender, YSL Libre for a lavender-and-orange-blossom contrast, or L’Occitane Lavande Blanche for a lavender, citrus and musk direction. These are different interpretations, not three interchangeable versions of lavender essential oil.
This shortlist uses published brand descriptions. We have not measured wear time or tested these perfumes on a panel. The useful question is which surrounding notes you want, then whether the exact fragrance suits you when sampled.

Burberry Goddess: the vanilla-led choice
Burberry’s Goddess description centers on a trio of vanillas with lavender. It belongs here for someone who likes both materials. It is not the most logical first sample if vanilla sweetness is the thing you are trying to avoid.
YSL Libre: lavender alongside orange blossom
YSL’s original Libre EDP pairs lavender and orange blossom. This is the more useful trial when you want lavender inside a floral perfume rather than a straightforward lavender spray.

Lavande Blanche: the lavender-focused route
L’Occitane identifies Lavande Blanche as the redesigned presentation of White Lavender, with lavender, bergamot and a musky background. Match that exact name when looking through older and newer packaging.
Do not substitute a room spray, pillow mist, essential oil or shower gel for the eau de toilette. They are different products with different intended uses.
A useful sample test
Choose one fragrance for each test day and keep other scented products out of the comparison. Ask whether lavender is noticeable to you, whether its companion notes are welcome, and whether you still enjoy it later. Do not increase the dose merely because you stop noticing your own fragrance.
For a gift, confirm that the recipient likes lavender in perfume. Enjoying a lavender candle or laundry product does not establish that they want to wear it. A small sample or known favorite is a lower-commitment decision than an unfamiliar large bottle.
