Choose original Bombshell for a fruity-floral direction, Japanese Cherry Blossom for a classic floral blend, or Cheirosa 62 for pistachio, caramel and vanilla. These are actual fragrance mists. A lotion, cologne or vaguely named “lotion mist” should not be treated as the same kind of purchase.
This is a researched comparison of brand-described scent profiles and formats, not a measured longevity test. A mist can still be noticeable; its label does not guarantee subtlety or suitability for fragrance-free spaces.
Compare the three mist formats
| Mist | Brand-described direction | Confirm before buying |
|---|---|---|
| Victoria’s Secret Bombshell Fine Fragrance Mist | Passion fruit, peony and vanilla orchid | Original Bombshell, not Passion or another flanker |
| Japanese Cherry Blossom Fine Fragrance Mist | Cherry blossom, pear, mimosa, jasmine and sandalwood | Fine Fragrance Mist, not lotion or shower gel |
| Sol de Janeiro Cheirosa 62 Perfume Mist | Pistachio, caramel, vanilla and floral notes | Original 62 mist, not 62 Intense, cream or perfume |
Bombshell: the fruity-floral choice
Victoria’s Secret’s original Bombshell mist description identifies passion fruit, peony and vanilla orchid. Use those notes to decide whether it belongs on your sample list. The cited regional page documents the product name and scent description; it does not establish identical regional formulations, U.S. availability or pricing.
The Bombshell family has multiple variants with similar-looking packaging. A listing for Bombshell Passion is not the original fragrance in this comparison.
Japanese Cherry Blossom: the floral route
Bath & Body Works’ travel-size mist page lists cherry blossom, pear, mimosa, jasmine and sandalwood for its Fine Fragrance Mist. Choose it when that floral composition sounds more attractive than a caramel-led gourmand.
Seasonal packaging and promotions can make comparison awkward. Match the fragrance name and mist format first, then compare total volume and delivered price. Do not use an old sale price as a current value claim.
Search Amazon for Japanese Cherry Blossom Fine Fragrance Mist .
Cheirosa 62: for a sweet gourmand profile
Sol de Janeiro’s original Cheirosa 62 mist places pistachio, salted caramel and vanilla around floral notes. This is the clearer option when you want sweetness rather than a mostly floral mist.
The original mist and Cheirosa 62 Intense are separate products. Do not transfer an Intense wear-time claim to the original bottle. Likewise, the matching body cream is not a spray replacement.
Which size is worth buying?
Choose a smaller format when trying an unfamiliar scent. If you already use it regularly, compare delivered price per milliliter for the same formula. A multipack only makes sense if you want every bottle; a gift set should be compared by its actual perfume content, not the combined weight of lotions and packaging.
Follow each product’s directions for where it can be used. “Body mist” does not automatically authorize spraying every fabric or using it on hair. Do not buy another scented product just because the marketing suggests a matching routine.
The practical choice
Pick the scent direction first, the exact formula second and the bottle size last. Search links here are labeled searches, not confirmation of stock or seller quality. Check the selected seller, package and return terms. Brand descriptions checked 10 September 2026.
If you would prefer a conventional perfume, the everyday perfume comparison addresses that different format.
